First, strengthen organizational leadership and actively promote the building of a clean government.

With a high sense of political responsibility and in accordance with the requirements of the anti-corruption leadership system and working mechanism, the township party committees and governments earnestly perform their duties of building a clean and honest party style. Party committees and governments, offices, and villages (communities) sign letters of responsibility for party style and clean government, to ensure that the work is fully deployed, the objectives are implemented at all levels, and the responsibilities are implemented step by step.

(3) Strict responsibility assessment. In accordance with the spirit of the regulations, we organized research and formulated a number of rules and regulations to change work style, keep close contact with the masses and improve management efficiency. The third is to constantly change the style of cadres. Since the beginning of this year, the township party committee has sent all the team members to each village as the first secretary of each village (community), and has earnestly increased the work at the grassroots level. From the beginning to now, more than 320 people have been interviewed, 28 questions have been answered, and 6 letters and visits have been completed. Each village (community) has 5-7 village supervisors, who give full play to their supervisory functions, effectively intervene in all aspects of soft environment construction for economic development, and further optimize the soft environment for economic and social development. At the same time, the work of entering the village (community) with the culture of clean government as the main content, such as radio sketches and propaganda cartoons, has been carried out vividly in my hometown; Through special training, the ability level of case-handling personnel in township discipline inspection organizations has been significantly improved. Looking back on the whole work, although the township leading bodies have made some achievements in building a clean and honest party style and fighting corruption, there is still a certain gap between them and the requirements of district committees, district governments and district disciplinary committees, especially the expectations of the masses. In the future work, we will focus on the construction of a system for punishing and preventing corruption, continue to strengthen the building of a clean and honest party style and anti-corruption work, and provide a strong disciplinary guarantee for accelerating the sound and rapid development of economic and social undertakings in our township.
