Hainan Vocational College of Science and Technology is a full-time ordinary college approved by Hainan Provincial People's Government and put on record by the Ministry of Education in May 2007. The school is located in Haikou City, Hainan Province, which was expanded from Haikou Campus of the former Central Academy of Fine Arts. There are two campuses, Meilan and Yunlong.
