Can humans immigrate to the second earth?

A few years ago, NASA discovered the second earth, which is the most suitable planet for human habitation. Life is likely to exist on that planet, but it has not yet become the second residence of mankind. I think there are several reasons for this result.

1. There are still many uncertainties about this newly discovered planet. Although NASA discovered the existence of this planet several years ago, it is very dangerous to rush over. At present, we don't know what animals, plants or other life forms exist on that planet. If you don't figure it out, it will be dangerous to go directly. Moreover, our tools are not enough for us to observe the planet at close range, and our technology is not mature enough to conduct a detailed investigation.

2, the distance is too far, and the current technology of human beings cannot reach it. The second earth discovered by NASA is about 1400 light years away from us, which is a long distance for human beings, and our science and technology will not reach that level in a short time.
