How to go through the procedures for studying abroad?

The application process is roughly the following (all based on my application process, there may be many detours):

1. Apply for a passport

2. Notarization

I went to the provincial notary office with my high school diploma, household registration booklet, ID cards of myself and my parents, and certificates issued by the police station. The staff at the notary office originally told me on the phone that if I was not busy, I could have them done in one day. But after I went I was asked to pick it up on the third day. They said there were a lot of people doing notarization recently. I had no choice but to wait. I did five notarizations in one day (high school graduation certificate notarization, college grade notarization, kinship notarization, birth certificate, etc.) No crime notarization), two copies of each notarization were added, the total time was less than three days, and the cost was about 700 yuan.

3. Apply to school

Go to the university website to check and download the university application form. If you don’t have IELTS, you must first attend a language school. There is a language center on the university website, not through Email the school to send your information. You can apply for university by mail, but you can apply online for language schools. You can find introductions in the international student section of the university's website. When applying to a university, send your IELTS scores and various notarized documents, letters of recommendation, etc. via the post office (can be sent by air express). If the university you choose requires an application fee, it is best to remit the application fee. Due to time constraints, I only applied for an offer from a language school. However, it is recommended that if possible, it is better to apply for an offer from a language + university to apply for a visa, because I heard that it is easier to get a restricted visa when applying for a visa only with an offer from a language school. The offer from the language school was very simple. My offer was applied for by my gf. I only filled out an application form and didn’t even submit my photo or identity certificate. 4. Apply for a visa

The employer’s certification letter must be on the work unit’s letterhead, with the official seal and the signature of the person in charge of the department that the unit leader knows. Proof of all bank transaction deposits and withdrawals performed by the applicant, the applicant’s parents and/or financial sponsor. The bank transaction deposit and withdrawal activities shown on the supporting materials must have a history of no less than 12 months.

Additional description of financial ability.

Proofs include:

1. Bank deposit certificate and complete passbook or copy of deposit receipt to show the regular and gradual accumulation of family savings;

3. Personal income tax form;

4. If the funds are obtained from stock exchanges, please provide stock delivery receipts and equity certificates in the past 12 months.

For large deposits made in the past 6 months, applicants must submit strong materials to prove the history and source of these deposits, such as: bank deposit interest list, stock delivery receipt (for stock delivery receipt requirements (see previous point) and a written explanation of the history and origin of these funds. The explanation must be in English. If it is in Chinese, an English translation must be provided and the translator must sign or seal it.
