Can you move back after emigration?

Legal basis: Article 13 of the Nationality Law of the People's Republic of China. Foreigners who once had China nationality may apply for the restoration of China nationality if they have justified reasons; Those who have been approved to restore China nationality shall not retain their foreign nationality.
