Wanyao Reservoir Construction

The Wanyao Reservoir Project was officially started in April 1993, and it was closed for water storage in July 1996. 1May, 1997, Wanyao Power Station with 2×6300 kW installed behind the dam was put into operation. 1March 1992 to the end of 1997, the immigration work was basically completed, and in 20031October, the immigration work passed the acceptance; 1998 10 By June 2000, the main canal of Wanyao Reservoir with a total length of 6.6 kilometers and the Wanyao Secondary (Xujiang) Power Station with an installed capacity of 2×2500 kilowatts were completed and put into use. In July 2004, Wanyao Reservoir Hub Project passed the completion acceptance. On June 28th, 2006, the reservoir officially supplied water to Jiangshan Waterworks.
