Poverty Alleviation Office is a comprehensive coordinating body, but it is not a formal organ department in most places. The people inside are generally from other government departments and they are also civil servants. Therefore, the Poverty Alleviation Office either completes the poverty alleviation task and cancels the organization, or continues to transfer personnel from other departments to help the poor.
