Embassy of Finland: Note for short-term entry visit/business visa: Unless otherwise stipulated in the visa, visa holders issued by any Schengen country can move freely in the Schengen area. Schengen countries include Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden. The maximum validity of a visa is 90 days. Provisions on the division of embassies and consulates abroad by administrative regions (see item 5 for other institutions in China). 1 Two recent (within three months) photos with white background.

Passport, the passport should be valid for at least three months after the validity of the visa. And a copy of the passport identity page.

The original letter of introduction of China Company (translated into English or the language of the receiving country) (indicating the applicant's address, telephone/fax number, position, salary and details of business activities) includes the signature of the person in charge and the official seal of the company.

A copy of the business license of China Company includes a translation into English or the language of the receiving country.

Original and photocopy of the invitation letter issued by the business partner in Schengen District, written in English or the language of the receiving country. Including:

A) Letterhead, address, telephone/fax number, e-mail address and webpage (if any).

B) planned length of stay.

C) The purpose of the stay includes the schedule.

6 Cost confirmation (as mentioned in the invitation letter or letter of introduction, for example).

7. Health insurance certificate. The insurance amount should be at least 30,000 euros, covering all the trips, originals and copies in Schengen area during the period.

8. Finland also requires confirmation of the complete air ticket order. All the above-mentioned documents shall be submitted in originals with copies attached. Fees: The visa processing fee is determined by the number of entry applications, the length of stay and the change of exchange rate. The visa fee is between RMB 90 and 500 yuan, and there is no extra charge. After the application is accepted, the visa processing fee will not be refunded. Supplementary documents, requirements and other information: 1. The invitation letter issued by the Finnish business partner should indicate: A. Planned stay time B. Stay time, including schedule and travel plan. 2. Company business license and tax bill. 3. The visa processing procedure needs at least ten working days. 4. All documents must be in English or Finnish. The embassy has the right to ask for more information if necessary. 6. The presentation of the above documents does not automatically lead to the issuance of a short-term business visit visa by the Swedish Embassy.
