It's been some time since I finished my master's degree in Canada, and I recently got my diploma from there. Can I still apply for a work visa in Canada?
Condition 1:
The prerequisite for applying for a Canadian work visa is to obtain a letter of appointment from a Canadian company, and the job must be approved by the Canadian Employment Committee. The Canadian company that issued the letter of appointment to the applicant should also report all the conditions related to the employment of the client, such as appointment qualification, salary and working environment. The company that employs the applicant needs to further explain to the Employment Committee what steps it has taken to recruit employees in Canada. If there are no such professionals in Canada or the job is not accepted locally, the Canadian Employment Commission will approve the employment of foreigners.
Condition 2:
After obtaining a letter of appointment from a Canadian company, the applicant needs to apply for a visa at the Canadian visa center first, and must bring a letter of appointment from a Canadian company and documents suitable for the job. The embassy or consulate will contact the Canadian Employment Committee to determine whether the applicant is suitable for the position in the letter of appointment. If qualified, the Canadian Embassy will issue an entry visa.
If you are eligible to apply for a Canadian work visa, you can submit your application to the visa center by preparing the following materials:
1. Application fee: copy of receipt.
