List of materials submitted for applying for foreign degree certification

A two-inch color ID photo;

Originals and photocopies of all degree certificates or higher education diplomas obtained abroad;

Original and photocopy of the complete official transcript of the degree to be certified; Winners of foreign research-oriented degrees, without transcripts, are required to provide the original and photocopy of relevant research certificates issued by the school or tutor, involving information such as the start and end date of study, research direction, and degree award.

Original Chinese translation of foreign certificates and transcripts or research certificates that need to be certified (translation by a regular translation agency (company) is required, and personal translation is invalid);

Original and photocopy of all passports of the applicant (including all visa records and entry and exit records during studying abroad).

The original and photocopy of the certificate of returned overseas students issued by the Chinese embassy (consulate) abroad;

In case of entrusting others to submit certification application materials, the agent shall provide the power of attorney for submitting certification application materials (see "File Download" on the homepage of the system for the template) and the valid identity certificate of the agent.

If your passport is handed in or lost during your study abroad, please provide:

(1) The applicant's autographed statement that he can't submit his passport during his study abroad.

(2) The first page of a new passport or household registration book.

(3) If you hand in your passport on business, please provide your official certificate and passport hand-in certificate.

(4) If your private passport is lost, please provide relevant valid certificates such as residence certificate, school registration certificate, social security certificate, and foreigner landing certificate to prove that you are studying full-time in the country where the diploma is issued.

Applicants involved in cross-border education are required to submit high school diploma, transcripts issued by mainland schools and proof of learning experience (or graduation certificate).

Public students studying abroad shall provide the certificate and list of public students studying abroad issued by the sending unit. The contents of the certificate of studying abroad by public school include the name of the public school project, the start-up time, the batch, the number and basic situation of the dispatched personnel, the name of the receiving institution outside the country (territory), the professional and academic organizations, etc. If pre-departure training for domestic organizations is involved, the training content (foreign language/basic courses/specialized courses/others), time, credit conversion, etc. shall be explained. Certificates and student lists must be originals stamped with the official seal of the unit;

Those who have not yet obtained a degree certificate but hold a letter of certification issued by the school where they have obtained a degree need to translate the letter of certification and transcripts;

Those who have obtained degree certificates in Russian-speaking countries need to provide proof of preparatory courses;

Those who have obtained a degree certificate in Estonia are required to provide certificates in English and Estonian;

To obtain a doctorate in Japan, you need to provide research certificates, abstracts of the main thesis and a list of topics of the sub-thesis;

If you study in the United States and obtain a degree certificate, you need to provide an I-20 form if you hold an F- 1 visa; If you have a J- 1 visa, you need to provide the DS-20 19 form;

Returnees studying in Canada need to submit a study permit); Issued by Immigration Canada;

To obtain a degree certificate in the Philippines, if the school is a national university, it must provide the certification of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Philippines; If the school is a private university, it must be certified by the Philippine Higher Education Commission and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;

Those who have obtained a degree certificate in South Africa must submit a diploma if they have obtained a national diploma before;

Some European countries must submit residence cards or student cards during their study abroad;

Applicants for dual courses in Malaysia must submit transcripts of Malaysian schools or study certificates and transcripts of schools in third countries;

All the originals of the above materials will be returned immediately after on-site inspection, and the copies will be kept by the certification center.
