I. Enrollment institutions, scale and scope

(1) People's Public Security University of China, People's Police University of China, China Criminal Police College, railway police college, Nanjing Forest Police College, xinjiang police college and Yunnan Police College plan to recruit 825 students majoring in public security, all of which are arranged in batches in advance. (4) Yunnan Police College's public security and anti-drug enrollment plan for the employment of entry-exit administration departments is selected on the basis of merit in the whole province.

Second, the enrollment plan management

(1) Candidates fill in the college volunteers according to the employment direction.

(2) After the candidates' original voluntary reporting is completed, the Provincial Admissions Examination Institute will draw a list of candidates who have participated in physical examination, physical fitness assessment and interview from the candidates who have reached the minimum control score of college admission according to the number of college enrollment plans and college entrance examination scores from high to low, according to the ratio of enrollment plan 1: 5 (special enrollment plan for rural and poverty-stricken areas 1: 8). Colleges and universities with insufficient physical examination, physical fitness assessment and interview candidates will be released in time by the Provincial Admissions Examination Institute through the "Yunnan Recruitment Channel" and organize voluntary work. In the process of filing, the original volunteers give priority to filing. Candidates who originally volunteered for admission may not participate in the solicitation of volunteers. Candidates who have not been accepted by the original volunteers, participated in supplementary volunteers and participated in physical examination, physical fitness assessment, interview and inspection, and are all qualified, can participate in supplementary volunteer reporting.

(3) After the first round of admission, the unfinished enrollment source plan of public security majors in public security colleges will be admitted through public solicitation (only those candidates who have participated in physical examination, physical fitness assessment, interview and inspection and are all qualified).

Third, special enrollment regulations

Xinjiang police college's enrollment of the public security major of investigation (Uyghur direction) employed by railway police authorities shall be conducted in accordance with the following enrollment methods and procedures:

(a) inspection, physical examination, physical fitness assessment and civil service recruitment examination

After the results of the college entrance examination are announced, the competent department of civil servants of the province shall, jointly with the Political Department of the Provincial Public Security Department and the Provincial Admissions Examination Institute, determine the candidates participating in the investigation according to the order of the results of the college entrance examination from high to low and the ratio of the number of enrollment plans to the number of applicants 1:5.

The inspection work was organized and implemented by the Political Department of the Provincial Public Security Department under the leadership of the Provincial Civil Service Department.

2. Physical examination and physical fitness assessment. Candidates who pass the inspection shall participate in physical examination and physical fitness assessment as required. Physical examination and physical fitness assessment work under the leadership of the competent department of civil servants in the province, organized and implemented by the Political Department of the Provincial Public Security Department.

3. Civil service recruitment examination. Candidates who have passed the inspection, physical examination and physical fitness assessment shall determine the list of people who will take the civil service recruitment examination according to the order of the college entrance examination results from high to low and the ratio of 1:2. The provincial civil servant department and the political department of the provincial public security department organized a written test and interview for civil servants on August 5, 2020. Among them, the written test subject is the administrative professional ability test, with a full score of100; Interview results 100. The written test scores and interview scores are combined into the total score of the civil service recruitment examination according to the ratio of 70% and 30%. The competent department of civil servants at the provincial level shall, jointly with the Political Department of the Provincial Public Security Department, delimit the qualified line of civil servant recruitment examination.

(2) Admission

After the civil service recruitment examination, the provincial competent department of civil servants will provide the total score of the civil service recruitment examination to the Provincial Admissions Examination Institute jointly with the Political Department of the Provincial Public Security Department. According to the enrollment plan and candidates' wishes, the Provincial Admissions Examination Institute files in the order of the total score of the civil service recruitment examination from high to low.

(3) Training and employment

After the candidates are admitted, they will sign a tripartite agreement with the Railway Public Security Bureau and xinjiang police college to specify the minimum service life. Students are not allowed to transfer to other public security majors (directions) after entering school. Students who have completed all the courses in the teaching plan, passed the examination, obtained a bachelor's degree and a bachelor's degree, passed the inspection, personal file review and personal report review in accordance with the regulations, and met the physical examination conditions of the people's police of the public security organs, shall, in principle, choose the corresponding positions in railway police organs at their places of origin, and the competent department of the central civil servants shall go through the employment procedures in accordance with the regulations.

Those who are unqualified during their studies at school or who have not obtained the corresponding academic degree when they graduate shall not be employed as civil servants if they do not meet the qualification requirements when they graduate. For the students who fail to work in the directional unit after graduation, they shall be refunded the education expenses and subsidies they enjoy in one lump sum within 1 month after the announcement of the decision on default treatment, and pay 50% of the liquidated damages.

Four, enrollment conditions and standards

(1) Qualification for application. Candidates who apply for the public security major in public security colleges shall obtain the qualifications for the college entrance examination in that year and meet the following conditions:

6, physical and mental health, in line with the public security college entrance examination and physical fitness assessment standards;

7. The age is over 16 and under 22 (born between September 1 and March1August 2004), and he is unmarried;

8. Graduated from ordinary high school;

9, good ideological and political quality, in line with the political conditions of public security professional enrollment in public security colleges.

Candidates who apply for the investigation public security major in xinjiang police college (Uygur direction) should meet the following conditions in addition to the above 1 to 7 conditions:

1, fresh graduates of ordinary high schools;

2. Han nationality;

3. Students party member and League members who have good ideological and political quality and meet the political conditions for recruiting people's police in key positions classified by public security organs.

(2) Physical examination items and standards. According to the relevant provisions of the public security organs to hire people's police. For details, please refer to the General Standard for Civil Servant Employment Physical Examination (Trial) (No.2016+140 of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security) and the Special Standard for Civil Servant Employment Physical Examination (Trial) (No.2010 of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security). 1. Height: male 170cm and above, female 160cm and above.

2. Weight: Body mass index (unit: kg/m2), male 17.3 ~ 27.3, female 17. 1 ~ 25.7.

5. 7. Special provisions: First, the candidates' eyesight, height, color vision and underarm odor are inspected in turn and eliminated separately. (3) Physical fitness assessment items and standards. According to the relevant provisions of the National Student Physical Health Standard (revised 20 14), the details are as follows:

If three or more of the above four items meet the standards, the conclusion of physical fitness evaluation is qualified. Physical fitness evaluation uses an electronic tester, and the evaluation results are simultaneously publicized and supervised. Physical fitness assessment is conducted by video recording.

Candidates and their parents must assess their physical condition by themselves, and candidates must fill out the physical fitness assessment book before taking part in the physical fitness assessment. Candidates are injured, sick and dead in physical fitness assessment due to their own physical reasons, and bear all the consequences themselves. Provide first aid services at the physical fitness assessment site, and the expenses incurred in first aid shall be settled by the candidates and their parents through consultation with the hospital.

(4) interview items and standards. The interview mainly identifies whether the candidate is suitable for public security college education and public security work from the aspects of motivation, verbal expression and physical coordination. The interview was recorded throughout.

(5) Inspection items and standards. The examination of candidates is conducted by combining the examination of candidates themselves with the examination of county-level public security organs where candidates are born. Candidates who have passed the physical examination, physical fitness assessment and interview shall, after receiving the notice of inspection, go to the public security bureau of the county (city, district) where the students are located as required, and fill out the questionnaire on enrollment of public security majors in public security colleges (Annex 4) with their ID cards, college entrance examination admission tickets and the questionnaire on enrollment of public security majors in public security colleges (Annex 3). (3) All public security colleges and universities shall conduct investigation and examination, file examination and physical examination within 10 days after students majoring in public security enter school. Six, the epidemic prevention and control work

(1) Enhance the awareness of epidemic prevention and control. Candidates who intend to apply for public security majors in public security colleges should try their best to reduce going out and gathering people. (2) Implementing epidemic prevention measures. Candidates are required to submit and verify the personal health status of the candidates and the printed Yunnan Health Code signed by the candidates themselves and their parents when they enter the venue on the day of physical examination, physical fitness assessment and interview. Candidates' "Yunnan Health Code" is a green code and their body temperature is below 37.3℃ before admission. Candidates should wear uniformly distributed medical masks and consciously keep the distance above 1 meter. In the process of physical examination, physical fitness assessment and interview, candidates who ask to leave the examination room for their own reasons are deemed to have given up automatically and will not arrange re-examination and re-examination.

(3) Non-green code processing of "Yunnan Health Code". Candidates with "Yunnan Health Code" in yellow code and red code must provide a negative report of effective nucleic acid detection within 7 days before the date of physical examination, physical fitness assessment and interview. Among them, candidates who have lived abroad within 1 month are required to provide proof of medical isolation for 14 days.

(4) Handling of candidates with abnormal body temperature. Candidates' body temperature is higher than 37.3℃, and can be measured again with other equipment or other means after proper rest. If it is still unqualified, it shall be evaluated by the epidemic prevention and control experts and epidemic prevention emergency personnel designated by the Provincial Health and Wellness Committee, and whether it has the conditions to participate in physical examination, physical fitness assessment and interview. Those who do not have the conditions are not allowed to conduct physical examination, physical fitness assessment and interviews with healthy candidates. If the candidates are found to have fever, cough and other symptoms during physical examination, physical fitness assessment and interview, the epidemic prevention and control experts of the Provincial Health and Wellness Committee will make a case study and put forward specific treatment suggestions.
