Personnel of enterprises and institutions and individual industrial and commercial households go to Hong Kong or Macao to engage in business activities.

"Enterprise organization" refers to an enterprise and its branches registered with the State Administration for Industry and Commerce and having independent legal personality; Institutions engaged in production and business activities registered with the state tax authorities; Resident representative offices of overseas enterprises in the mainland.

Handling materials

Enterprises and institutions applying for registration shall submit the following materials (submit the original and keep a copy):

(a) to fill in the complete "application form for the record of business endorsement of enterprises applying for travel permits to and from Hong Kong and Macao" and "list of business record personnel";

(2) A copy of the business license of the enterprise;

(3) the tax payment certificate of the enterprise or the tax payment certificate of the previous year or this year issued by the tax department; A certificate issued by the relevant tax authorities that the enterprise institution in the previous year or this year was a tax reduction or exemption enterprise;

(4) Enterprises and institutions have paid social insurance vouchers for record-keeping personnel for more than 6 months (except legal persons); Retired national staff who are rehired by enterprises and institutions for the record shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the national staff for the record, and the retirement certificate and the rehired agreement signed with the rehired enterprises and institutions shall be submitted at the same time, without submitting social insurance certificates;

(5) Resident identity cards of the legal representatives (persons in charge of filing), managers and filing personnel of enterprises and institutions.

Treatment process

(1) The applicant submits the application materials to the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ at or above the county level entrusted by the State Administration of Immigration, and collects fingerprint information according to regulations;

(2) If the accepting institution meets the application conditions, the application materials are complete and conform to the statutory form, it shall issue an application acceptance receipt to the applicant; If the application materials are incomplete or inconsistent with the statutory form, the applicant shall be informed of all the contents that need to be supplemented at one time; Do not belong to the scope of responsibilities of the department or do not meet the acceptance requirements, will not be accepted, and explain the reasons to the applicant.

(3) After examination and approval by the examination and approval authority, the examination and approval authority shall make a decision of approval or disapproval. If it does not approve, the examination and approval authority shall issue a "Decision of disapproval" to the applicant.
