This "final regulation" includes a series of amendments to employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visas. 4. For individuals with investment and corporate employees' visas such as E 1E2E3, L 1, and TN North American allies' visas, two grace periods of *** 10 day are set to provide them with reasonable time to leave the United States or take other actions;
