(three) a one-time disaster that causes one of the following consequences is a medium disaster.

1. The crop failure area accounts for1.1%of the sown area in county-level administrative areas;

2. In the county-level administrative area, the number of collapsed houses accounts for more than 0.3% of the total number of houses, and the number of damaged houses accounts for more than 1% of the total number of houses;

3. More than 65,438+00 people died in the disaster;

4. The direct economic loss in the disaster area is more than 50 million yuan.

Classification of flood disaster grades

On the basis of the light disaster grade of the grading standard, reflecting the people-oriented concept, the flood disaster grade is further subdivided into the following three grades.

(a) light disaster level: more than 8 people died or disappeared in the disaster area; The flood disaster directly threatens the life and property safety of 100 people; The direct economic loss is more than 30 million yuan.

(2) Minor disaster level II: more than 5 people died or disappeared in the disaster area; The flood directly threatens the safety of life and property of more than 50 people; Direct economic loss1more than 100,000 yuan.

(3) Light disaster level III: more than 3 people were killed or missing in the disaster area; The flood directly threatens the safety of life and property of more than 30 people; The direct economic loss is more than 5 million yuan.
