Where can I get an international health certificate?

Legal analysis: Anyone who goes abroad to study, further study, engage in business, technical cooperation, visit relatives, provide services and emigrate (settle abroad) must go to the local international travel health care center for health examination, vaccination or international travel health care consultation. After passing the physical examination, you can issue the International Travel Health Certificate and the International Travel Vaccination Certificate and take them with you for inspection before leaving the country. Returnees who have lived abroad for more than three months; Overseas Chinese, compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and foreigners who have been approved to live or work in China must go to the local international travel health care center for health examination within one month after their entry. Leprosy patients, mental patients and patients with open tuberculosis are prohibited from entering or leaving the country. /kloc-children under the age of 0/4 do not have a health examination, and issue an international travel vaccination certificate with their planned immunization certificate. Legal basis: Article 11 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Exit and Entry Administration. When China citizens leave or enter the country, they shall submit their passports or other travel documents and other entry and exit documents to the entry-exit frontier inspection authorities, and can only leave or enter the country after going through the prescribed procedures. At qualified ports, the entry-exit frontier inspection organs shall provide special passages and other convenient measures for China citizens to enter and leave the country.
