How to immigrate to Cyprus

The latest immigration policy of Cyprus has been released. On March 24th, 20021,the Cyprus Immigration Bureau announced that it would implement the new immigration (permanent residence) policy in Cyprus from now on. The main contents of the new policy are as follows:

1. Cancel the deposit requirement of 30,000 euros, and buy a property worth 300,000 euros directly without opening an account to get a green card;

2. Increase the types of investment, you can buy shops, hotels and other investment options. The investment threshold remains unchanged at 300,000 euros;

3. The approval period is shortened, and the government promises to complete the approval within 2 months!

Therefore, the detailed application requirements for the permanent residence project in Cyprus are as follows:

◆ Principal applicant 18 years old or above;

◆ No criminal record;

◆ Complete the following investment requirements:

1. Purchase a property worth 300,000 euros or more in Cyprus;

2. Requirements for maintaining permanent residence status: always hold qualified investment; Entry into Cyprus every 2 years 1 time.

Provide proof of annual income of 30,000 euros *:

In addition to parents, the annual income certificate will increase by 5,000 euros per person for each additional affiliated applicant (spouse and children);

For each additional parent as an affiliated applicant, the annual income certificate will increase by 8,000 euros/person.

◆ Accompanying family members:

1) spouse;

2)1children under 8 years old;

3)/kloc-children aged 0/8 to 25 who are unmarried, studying full-time and financially dependent on the principal applicant;

4) Parents of the principal applicant and spouse.

* The annual income must be outside Cyprus, and the overseas income of the accompanying spouse can be calculated together.
