What are the procedures for German companies?

1. Company name search: the applicant prepares the company name for name search;

2. The applicant should prepare the power of attorney in Chinese and German, start to handle the articles of association and the documents for the establishment of the company, and bring the same documents to the German Embassy in China to sign and verify in person and countersign;

3. Submit relevant documents to the local government for processing;

4. The applicant opens a company account in Germany. To open a good account, you need to remit money directly from China to the local area;

5. Issue a bank certificate to prove that the registered capital has been remitted from the shareholder's account;

6. Fill in and submit the company application form;

The company certificate will be issued in 7, 2-3 weeks.
