Please note: German visa holders have no right to attend universities in Germany.

After the language crash course, scholars who intend to study in Germany can only submit their applications through the German personnel audit department.

Visa applicants who only want to attend a crash course in German in the Federal Republic of Germany do not need APS and must submit the following materials:

1. Three carefully filled-in application forms (RK 1200) with identity photos attached.

2. Valid passport

3. A certificate of admission to a German crash course of not less than 20 hours per week issued by a German language school, and a receipt for paying at least three months' tuition.

4. The proof of the source of all expenses for studying abroad can take the following ways:

(a) Proof that there is at least 6,000 euros in the bank account of the Federal Republic of Germany. The monthly withdrawal shall not exceed 500 euros. The account has been frozen at 65,438 Euros+0,600 Euros, which can only be withdrawn with the consent of the Aliens Administration. This account can also be opened in the Beijing office of Deutsche Bank. Other sources of funding must be convincingly explained through appropriate materials.

B) Unlimited total financial guarantee or irrevocable bank guarantee provided by residents of the Federal Republic of Germany may also be provided. This kind of guarantee must include all kinds of expenses mentioned in Articles 83 and 84 of the Law on the Administration of Foreigners (transportation and other travel expenses, management fees, necessary official escort fees, and living expenses, including the provision of housing and possible medical and nursing expenses).

5. Explain in writing the purpose of attending the crash course in German.
