According to legend, the Shuer tribe is obsessed with man-eating pythons. Worship him as a god. This snake is ferocious in nature and has amazing strength. It relies on the heat emitted by living creatures to track and prey. There is no chance of escape when encountering it. Anthropologist Steven Kay (Eric Stultz) is very interested in the legendary Shuar tribe because discovering this tribe is not only useful for scientific research, but also extremely newsworthy. Steven and documentary director Terry Lowry (played by Jennifer Lopez) organized a film crew to prepare a documentary about this mysterious tribe.
