According to the instructions of higher authorities, from June 5438+1 October1day, 2004, China citizens went to the Consulate General to register for divorce. The specific application procedures are as follows.
Divorce at the Consulate General requires the following information:
1. Passports and photocopies of both parties.
2. Proof that both parties entered the original ticket.
3. The original and photocopy of the marriage certificates of both parties.
4. Fill in the application for divorce registration.
5. Two photos of both parties (3×4cm).
6. Fill in the divorce registration review processing form.
7. Divorce agreement reached by both parties on children, property and debts (in triplicate).
note:
1. Only those who originally registered their marriage at the embassy will be accepted. Those who register for marriage in China need to go back to China for divorce.
