According to September 1, 2019. Please note the latest requirements for Japanese and Greek dual authentication:

1. The birth certificate and the notarization of previous names must be accompanied by a two-inch bareheaded photo of the person concerned and stamped with the notary's stamp.

2. The notarized certificate of marital status must have a photo of the couple alone or together, and be stamped with the notary's stamp. (Note: In special circumstances, if one spouse dies and the other spouse cannot provide a photo of the deceased, it does not need to be included in the notarized certificate. Photos must be attached)

3. The notarized certificate of kinship must include single or group photos of all related persons, and be stamped with the stamp of the notary office.

The above regulations are effective from 2019. It will be implemented from September 1st.
