Xiahe Village is located in the west of Zhengcun Town, adjacent to Xiaozhuang Village in the east, Panzhuang Luti Village in Jiafeng Town in the west, Banyu Village and Houcun Village in Zhengcun Town in the south, and Zhang Tao Village in Xiaozhuang Village in Zhengcun Town in the north. It is about 3 kilometers wide from east to west, 5 kilometers long from north to south, with an area of about 15 square kilometers, 2 kilometers away from the seat of the town government and 60 kilometers away from Qinshui County.
