Brief introduction of Henan Provincial Water Resources Department

According to the Notice of Henan Provincial Party Committee and Henan Provincial People's Government on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Opinions on the Institutional Reform of Henan Provincial People's Government (Y.F. [2009]18), the Water Resources Department of Henan Province (with the brand of the Office of the Leading Group for Migration Work of Henan Provincial People's Government) was established as a department of Henan Provincial Government.
