Can't land be divided after poverty alleviation and relocation?

No land will be distributed after poverty alleviation and relocation.

According to the relevant policies of the state on resettlement and poverty alleviation, whether the farmers who moved out to recover the original contracted land should be disposed of in accordance with the relevant immigration policies of the state;

Farmers' contracted land that has been settled in accordance with the relevant national immigration policies should be included in the scope of this rural land ownership confirmation, and the registration and certification of ownership confirmation should be carried out in accordance with the policy of "carrying out the registration of change and cancellation of rural land contractual management rights" in the opinions of six departments including the Ministry of Agriculture (No.2 of Agricultural Economics [201/KLOC-0).

fundamental principle

(1) remains stable. Under the premise of maintaining the stability of the existing rural land in contract relationship, it is strictly prohibited to take the opportunity to illegally adjust and recover farmers' contracted land on the basis of the signed land contract and the issued land contractual management right certificate.

(2) According to laws and regulations. Strictly implement the provisions of the Property Law and the Rural Land Contract Law on the registration of land contractual management rights, and carry out the registration of land contractual management rights with reference to the registration contents and procedures stipulated in the Measures for the Administration of Rural Land Contracted Management Rights Certificates.

(3) adjust measures to local conditions. According to the current situation of land contracting in the pilot areas, we will explore the establishment of a registration system for land contractual management rights and properly solve the remaining problems.

(4) Democratic consultation. Fully mobilize the enthusiasm of farmers, fully respect the wishes of farmers, and major issues in the pilot are decided by members of collective economic organizations through democratic discussion.

(5) Pay attention to practical results. Make full use of modern spatial information technology, make clear the area, spatial position and ownership of contracted land, map, register and record the contracted land of farmers, and establish and improve the rural land contract management information system.

(6) Local authorities have the responsibility. The pilot work is arranged by the Ministry and the province as a whole, organized and implemented at the county level, strengthened departmental cooperation, and formed an overall joint force to ensure the successful completion of the pilot task.
