The maple leaf card has expired. Can I use immigration documents to enter Canada from the United States?

If the Immigration Department finds that Canadian permanent residents do not meet the minimum residence requirements of two years within five years, it can decide to cancel their permanent resident status even if the maple leaf card is still valid, not to mention that the maple leaf card has been invalid for many years.

It may not be feasible to enter Canada from the United States if the requirements of the immigration director are not met.
