There is no time interval for the second migration of accounts. As long as they meet the conditions and standards for moving into the household registration, they can move into different places at any time, and there is no time limit. The process of account migration is as follows:

1. Consult the public security department in charge of household registration management (usually the police station in the jurisdiction) in the place where you move in to get the documents and materials needed by registered permanent residence before going to registered permanent residence;

2. When submitting the application, all kinds of documents and materials should be provided as required, such as the information of the invested enterprise industrial and commercial registration needed by the investment immigrants, the admission notice needed by the colleges and universities, the marriage certificate, etc.

3. The competent department of household registration in the place of immigration (generally the household administration department of the county-level public security bureau in the place of immigration) shall review the application form and the attached materials. Those who pass the examination shall be issued with a Certificate of Permission to Move in (permission to move in); If it does not meet the conditions for moving in, the public security organ shall give a specific explanation; If the submitted materials are incomplete and fail to pass the examination, an explanation shall be given, and the applicant shall review them according to the supplementary materials;

4. Then consult the police station in the current residence to handle the required documents and materials for moving out, and then bring all kinds of documents and materials (such as the admission notice for entering a higher school) and the permit to move out to the police station in the current residence;

5. If the local police station agrees to move out, the household registration will be moved out and a household registration certificate will be issued; Do not meet the conditions for moving out, give an explanation; If the documents and materials are not complete, the applicant will be given a supplementary explanation, and the applicant needs to supplement the materials according to the explanation before he can pass the application for moving out.

6. Hold all kinds of documents, materials, permits, household registration certificates, etc. Go to the local police station to go through the household registration procedures, issue a new household registration book and apply for a new ID card.

If a citizen moves out of the place under the jurisdiction of the household registration, he or the head of the household shall apply to the household registration authority for emigration registration, obtain a migration certificate and cancel the household registration.

Citizens who move from rural areas to cities must apply to the household registration authority of permanent residence for moving out with the employment certificate of the urban labor department, the school admission certificate, or the certificate of permission to move in from the urban household registration authority.

Citizens moving to border areas must be approved by the public security organs of the counties, cities and municipal districts where they live.
