1. Comprehensively promote housing security

(1) In 2013, the city started to build 2,510 new affordable housing units and renovate shantytowns (households). (7) Optimize design and improve residential functions. (11) Carry out the "Housing Guarantee Action for Migrant Workers". Gradually integrate migrant workers into the urban housing security system. In addition to increasing the construction of public rental housing in the park, for migrant workers who have settled in cities or have stable jobs and have lived in cities for a certain number of years, household registration restrictions will be gradually lifted and the same housing security or support as urban residents will be provided. , allowing them to rent public rental housing or purchase affordable housing. (15) Accelerate the construction of information technology. Construct a database of housing security objects, funds, construction, distribution, and management and a comprehensive application platform for housing security information, establish an information management system for affordable housing, and strengthen the dynamic management of application, allocation, occupancy, and withdrawal of affordable housing. All localities should speed up the construction of housing security informatization and strive to establish an interconnected information platform at the city, county, and street (township) levels by the end of 2015.

(16) Strengthen the management of housing security files. 3. Pay close attention to the construction of academic ethics and party style and clean government
