What conditions do soldiers need to transfer to the police?

Legal analysis: there are differences between officers and men in the system transformation. The former officers of the frontier armed police were directly changed according to their ranks, while the active servicemen were not directly changed, and they were hired as the people's police through the unified recruitment examination. The transferred exit-entry management police need to go through police training, post internship, organization assessment and other procedures, and the probation period is 1 year. After passing the probation period, they will officially become full members, with grading and warning signals.

Legal basis: Article 26 of the People's Police Law of the People's Republic of China shall meet the following conditions: (1) a citizen who has reached the age of 18; (2) Supporting the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC); (3) Having good political and professional qualities and good conduct; (4) Being in good health; (5) Having graduated from high school or above; (6) Volunteering in the work of the people's police. Under any of the following circumstances, a person shall not serve as a people's policeman: (1) He has been criminally punished for a crime; (2) Being expelled from public office.
