Wang Quan Town was called Qingping Township in ancient times, and the dialect in the territory is Nanxiang Dialect in Wuyu County. There are many ancient villages in Wang Quan Town, among which Loushanhou Village has the longest history. Guantang Village has the site of Lianggongtang Kiln, a cultural relic protection unit in Zhejiang Province.
