Anji Bamboo Sea is the first county in China, but it only accounts for 1.0% of the national bamboo forests, while the total value of bamboo industry accounts for more than 10% of the national total. Lujia Village is not only a successful case of China's modern countryside adapting to local conditions, scientific planning, differentiated management and coordinated development, but also a model to ensure that villagers enjoy the development dividend and ensure the long-term stability of rural governance based on fairness. Their efforts, together with the struggles of many Anji people, made Anji the first national ecological county in China, and also gave birth to the first Code of Local Construction of Beautiful Counties.
