In fact, this is not the first time that a similar situation has occurred in South Korea.

In the early 1990s, South Korea started a trend of rural boys marrying "Vietnamese brides". Mungyeong City put this matter on the table, which is equivalent to no longer being secretive, and It is said that every Vietnamese bride will be rewarded 30 million won, which is more than 240,000 yuan. But the money is not easy to come by. The local government will have to wait for the Vietnamese bride to give birth to a child before the local government can reward the 30 million in 50 months. Because of the huge demand for "Vietnamese brides", South Korea has even spawned an industry chain that specializes in introducing international marriages, taking Korean men directly to Vietnam for so-called "blind dates." However, the resulting human trafficking and domestic violence are not uncommon, and there have even been vicious cases. In this kind of loveless marriage, both the man and the woman may be victims.

In fact, Korea’s present may be our future! So the government should prepare for a rainy day!

In recent years, we have seen an increase in foreign-related marriages in our country. This is a good thing! For example, this Ugandan woman married into a Chinese village, and she herself is highly educated, which is beneficial to the education of future generations in all aspects!

On the one hand, we should encourage single older men to work abroad and bring back a wife. On the other hand, we should simplify the process of obtaining Chinese nationality for foreign-related marriages and make it less difficult! I heard that there is a foreign daughter-in-law who has not obtained a Chinese household registration for 25 years. This is really unjustifiable! If the government takes seriously older unmarried men, especially those in rural areas, and pays more attention, it can, to some extent, alleviate the crisis of aging and low birthrate! On the other hand, foreign-related marriages bring foreign cultures, and countries that absorb multiculturalism are always full of innovation and vitality! Curves attract excellent foreign wives, which can be regarded as attracting talents!
