Which city is better, Tongling or Bozhou? Mainly refers to economy, environment, culture and so on? The focus is on the economy?

My family is from Bozhou and now I live in Tongling. Objectively speaking, Bozhou is inferior to Tongling in many aspects, such as social environment, economic development and cultural quality of citizens, which is caused by social, historical and cultural differences. Tongling is an industrial and mining city as well as an immigrant city. Based on resources, it has a high degree of openness and a good economic foundation, and metallurgical, chemical, electronic and textile enterprises are very prosperous. Bozhou can only be described as a famous historical and cultural city. Because it is located in the hinterland of the Central Plains, resources are relatively scarce. As long as it is characterized as the capital of Chinese herbal medicines, its reputation will be seriously adulterated. Gu Jing wine is a little famous in the enterprise, but others are not. Because it is a newly-built prefecture-level city (formerly affiliated to Fuyang City), it has no economic foundation. These are my personal feelings and are for reference only. You can feel the huge difference yourself.

Besides, don't look at GDP. Tongling is a very small city with a population of only 720,000 (while Bozhou has a population of nearly 6 million). It's not bad to get such a result.
