These contradictions and problems must be solved through the rapid development of industry. Based on the present situation of counties in our city and focusing on long-term development, we believe that vigorously implementing the strategy of strengthening counties through industry is not only an inevitable requirement to enhance the competitiveness of county economy, but also a realistic choice to promote the sustained and rapid development of county economy.

(A) bigger and stronger agricultural industrialization leading enterprises, leading enterprises to promote the development of county industries.

Practice has proved that agricultural industrialization is an effective way to enrich the people and strengthen the county, and the healthy development of agricultural industrialization must rely on leading enterprises. The existing problem is that enterprises are generally small in scale and do not have the ability to enter the big market. In the local small market, they compete for raw materials and grab the market, consuming a lot of manpower and talents. This situation is not completely reversed, which is not conducive to the long-term development of dairy processing enterprises, nor to the industrialized operation of agriculture and the sustained and rapid development of rural economy. Specifically, on the one hand, it aims at the huge market of liquid milk, supports qualified enterprises to build new high-standard liquid milk production lines, occupy the local market and gradually expand outward; On the other hand, through asset operation, the existing dairy enterprises have become close enterprise groups. While doing a good job in the construction of production bases, we will actively develop enterprises that focus on deep processing of superior agricultural products. Therefore, our city should strengthen its work from the aspects of project reserve, media publicity, investment attraction and joint development, and establish a number of agricultural products processing enterprises with high starting point and high standard as soon as possible, so as to make them become the new bright spot of our city's industrial development and the vanguard of driving rural economic growth and increasing farmers' income.

(2) Focus on the construction of industrial parks to achieve new breakthroughs in county industries.

Industrial park is the combination of industrialization and urbanization, an important carrier of county expansion and opening up and the best platform to undertake projects.
