2. Marriage and naturalization: women who get married in Thailand need to get married and have children and live for a certain number of years; Men who marry Thai women are basically not allowed to enter Thailand.

How to obtain the right of abode in Thailand;

First, work and residence, as long as you find a job, the unit will naturally apply for a work permit. Once you have a work permit, you can stay legally and renew it once a year.

The second situation is the student visa. The Thai government welcomes foreigners to study in Thailand, so as long as they find a language school to study, the school can apply for a student visa and renew it once a year. They don't have to study, as long as they have the right of abode. However, this visa cannot be used for business or work.

The third is to get married and stay. In Thailand, as long as life is ok, it is easy to find a Thai woman to get married. As long as you marry a Thai woman, you can apply for a marriage visa, renew it once a year, and apply for a permanent residence permit two years later. If the relationship is good, you can apply for Thai nationality.

Fourth, old-age housing. This kind of visa can only be applied for if you are over 50 years old.

Among these four kinds of visas, the spouse and children under the age of 18 can go through the maintenance procedures for the first and fourth kinds of visas.
