1. If the account of the party concerned has not moved out of the original (husband's) account and belongs to the local account (such as agricultural registered permanent residence), the party concerned is a member of the local collective economic organization;
2. You can enjoy the corresponding treatment of members of collective economic organizations, including relocation (relocation) compensation;
3. The parties concerned may consult the director of the village (neighborhood) committee where the registered permanent residence is located in advance according to their actual conditions, and may hire professionals to defend their rights when necessary.
The Measures for Determining Members of Collective Economic Organizations stipulates that:
Article 4 Ordinary members refer to rural residents who have complete rights such as land rights, reserved land use rights, contracted management rights, participation in collective asset management and disposal rights, and collective income distribution rights, and assume all obligations.
Reserved land use right refers to the land use right of homestead, woodland and private plot that has been actually obtained and reserved except the contracted land management right.
Ordinary members as mentioned in these Measures are equivalent to members of rural collective organizations as mentioned in other laws and regulations.
Article 5 Special members refer to citizens who have one or more complete rights such as land ownership, land use right, contracted management right and collective income distribution right, and assume corresponding obligations.
Article 6 The following persons are recognized as ordinary members of rural collective economic organizations:
If ordinary members of collective economic organizations give birth, they will produce and live offspring on the land owned by collective economic organizations;
Form a legal first marriage relationship with ordinary members of collective economic organizations;
