What is the population of Youhe Township in Xinyang City?

Youhe Township is located in Shihe District, Xinyang City, Henan Province, at the intersection of the Huaihe River, Youhe River and Baisha River. It faces Pingchang Township across the river to the north, Dongjiahe Town to the south, and Dongjiahe Town to the west. Wujiadian Town is dependent on mountains and rivers, and is connected to Xinyang City in the east. Before August 1998, it was under the jurisdiction of the original Xinyang County. In August 1998, after Xinyang was evacuated and established as a city, it was placed under the jurisdiction of Shihe District.
