Focusing on environmental improvement and landscape construction, we will vigorously implement projects such as waterfront road fruit forest landscape belt, demonstration area small ring road landscape belt, cherry valley, waterfront road street view transformation, and university town upgrading, with a total investment of more than 95 million yuan. At present, 3 green squares, 2 viewing platforms, fences1.500m, cultural walls 41.000m, sidewalks1.31.80m have been built, and 550mu of landscaping has been completed, with a brand-new environment.

Third, investment attraction is heating up rapidly. Seize the cherry picking festival and other festivals, and increase publicity. Among the 25 enterprises with investment intentions, choose 12 enterprises that meet the planning requirements, have a large amount of investment and have obvious driving effect on the construction of the demonstration area for cooperation. Signed cooperation agreements with seven enterprises including Shaanxi Luting Ecological Agriculture Development Co., Ltd. and Qinba Garden Breeding Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 250 million yuan. At present, three projects, including Shaanxi Luting Ecological Agriculture Sightseeing Park, Qinba Manor Urban Agriculture Sightseeing Park and Xinglin Fruit Demonstration Park, have started construction.

Fourth, the constraints have been eased. The three bottlenecks restricting the construction of Bailuyuan modern agricultural demonstration zone are the shortage of funds, construction land and water resources respectively. In order to solve the shortage of funds, Baqiao District raised160,000 yuan through BT financing to complete the construction of small ring road landscape belt and the upgrading and transformation of university town. It is planned to cooperate with Shaanxi Agricultural Development Bank to raise 200 million yuan to solve the problem of coordinating urban and rural construction funds. In order to solve the problem of construction land, Baqiao District implemented the project of linking the increase and decrease of urban and rural construction land in Jinxing Village and Pangjia Village, and approved by the Provincial Department of Land and Resources on May 20, replacing the urban and rural construction land index of 90. 1 mu. In order to solve the water problem, Qi Xin, the District Agriculture and Forestry Bureau, the Water Affairs Bureau and other departments worked together to implement comprehensive agricultural development, water-saving irrigation and other projects, and 28 new motor wells were drilled, using water-saving irrigation technology, effectively alleviating the water shortage problem.
