The town-level cultural and sports activity center, comprehensive market, central primary school, central kindergarten, etc. A batch of public construction projects were completed and put into use, housing selection and resettlement work in 11 resettlement communities was fully completed, and 2,438 households happily moved back. Tsinghua High School Jinjiang School, a public school with a 12-year consistent system, was put into operation. There is only one dirt road in the village leading to the outside of the mountains, but the sky is full of dust on sunny days and full of potholes on rainy days. ?Wang Jinfu said that for a long time, Zixing people have suffered from the pain caused by inconvenient transportation. It is extremely inconvenient for villagers to walk and for students to go to school. At that time, the people left behind were mostly children, women, and the elderly. Everyone jokingly called Zixing Village "Unit 613899", with "61" referring to children, "38" referring to women, and "99" referring to the elderly.

At that time, with the support of the Zimao Town Government, Zixing Village invested more than 4 million yuan to build seven parks, forming the Wang Family Temple, Woniu Cave, Guanmao Mountain, Zixi Reservoir, and Jiabao Park. Especially after the opening of Xingzi Avenue, it will not only improve the traffic conditions in Zixing Village and surrounding areas, but also shorten the distance for the villagers of Zixing Village to go to Quanzhou and Jinjiang urban areas. .
