Which city has the higher standard of living, Hong Kong or Dubai?

Dubai and Hong Kong are both developed, and both face some problems

Moreover, Dubai is an immigrant city with many foreigners and is an international city. But the United Arab Emirates is an emirate-based country, and it certainly does not have the same sense of democracy as Hong Kong.

Hong Kong is the second largest trade entrepot in Asia-Pacific. The economy has developed in recent years, but residents are under great pressure. The government still has a lot to do on housing and other issues.

Both places are tourist attractions, and due to various reasons, the public security in both places is not very good.
