Protection Measures of Houguo Site of Han Dynasty in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province
The measures referred to in Haifaint Houguo Site refers to the historical and cultural remains and natural landscapes directly adjacent to the Haifaint Houguo Site within the administrative area of Nanchang New District, as well as the Zijincheng Site and Tiehe Ancient Tomb, which have been announced as national key cultural relics protection units in the State Council. (6) Other historical and cultural heritages that need to be protected. Article 11 Houguo Site in Haiyue County shall be protected at different levels according to the scope of protection, construction control zone and environmental control zone determined by the site protection plan published according to law.
The institution for the protection and management of the ruins of Houguo in the sea faint shall set up markers and boundary markers in the protection scope, construction control zone and environmental control zone of the ruins of Houguo in the sea faint, and announce them to the public, and the people's government of Xinjian District of Nanchang City shall give assistance. Twelfth the following acts are prohibited within the scope of protection of the site of Haifaint Houguo:
(a) the construction of projects unrelated to the protection and utilization of Houguo site;
