Applicants do not need to submit retirement certificates to the consulate, which simplifies the application procedure.

Even if retirees become citizens of other countries, as long as they fulfill their obligations to pay endowment insurance at home, they will meet the provisions of the relevant endowment insurance law. From the perspective of protecting individual property rights, it is reasonable to pay their basic pension.
