Where did Ningxia belong in Qing Dynasty?

Ningxia now includes Yinchuan, Shizuishan, Wuzhong, Guyuan and Zhongwei. Historically, Li Yuanhao established the Daxia regime here, which was called Xixia in history. In the Qing Dynasty 1648, Ningxia set up a governor, who was the chief secretary of Shaanxi, under the Jiankang Institute, and Ningxia was the subject province. Later, the Ningxia government was established, with prefectures and counties under the jurisdiction of Gansu. However, the company commander of Ningxia was promoted to magistrate, and then the full office was added to Ningxia.
