What materials are required for Chinese citizens to apply for a business visa to Poland?

1 The passport must still be valid for ninety days after the expiry date of the visa to be issued.

2 A visa application form with neat handwriting and a photo (35x45mm, without crown and dark glasses) is required.

3 An original invitation letter issued by a company with legal personality in Poland*** and Poland. The invitation letter must state: the invitation time, the personal information of the invitee, and the invitation will be borne by the inviting party. Proof of residence expenses (board, accommodation, transportation) and health insurance (covering emergency medical expenses or medical expenses in accidents), as well as proof that the inviter needs to leave Poland and return to his home country due to health reasons (or being expelled from the country).

4 In the absence of guarantee from the inviting party, the invitee needs to provide proof of health insurance valid for the entire trip in Poland, with an insurance coverage of 30,000,00 euros to ensure payment of the invitee’s medical expenses. and the transportation expenses for the invitee to return to China from Poland due to illness.

5 Those who participate in trade fairs - need to provide proof of the cost of renting the exhibition space.

6 If it is a business trip - a letter of dispatch issued by the dispatching unit or a note from the foreign affairs office is required.

7 The invitee needs to provide (show) the China-Europe-China full air ticket or the airline China-Europe-China full air ticket booking information.

8 In individual cases, an interview with the consul is required.
