3 An original invitation letter issued by a company with legal personality in Poland*** and Poland. The invitation letter must state: the invitation time, the personal information of the invitee, and the invitation will be borne by the inviting party. 4 In the absence of guarantee from the inviting party, the invitee needs to provide proof of health insurance valid for the entire trip in Poland, with an insurance coverage of 30,000,00 euros to ensure payment of the invitee’s medical expenses. and the transportation expenses for the invitee to return to China from Poland due to illness.

5 Those who participate in trade fairs - need to provide proof of the cost of renting the exhibition space.

6 If it is a business trip - a letter of dispatch issued by the dispatching unit or a note from the foreign affairs office is required.

7 The invitee needs to provide (show) the China-Europe-China full air ticket or the airline China-Europe-China full air ticket booking information.

8 In individual cases, an interview with the consul is required.
