The difference between overseas returnees and domestic returnees.

The key personnel refer to overseas returnees and illegal immigrants, and the high risk is the close contacts of returnees, confirmed cases or asymptomatic infected people.

The key population mainly refers to people with high risk of virus exposure, high risk of transmission and low resistance. Specifically, it includes the following personnel: medical personnel, frontline personnel of entry and exit, customs and market supervision systems, police, security guards and sanitation workers.
