Australian green card conditions
Getting an Australian green card means that successful immigrants get a permanent residence visa. Most international students will adopt Australia 189 general skilled migration. This kind of immigration is a permanent residence visa, which does not need state guarantee and relative guarantee, but needs career evaluation; EOI score is qualified (minimum 65 points); IELTS qualified; Under 50 years old; Meet the physical and quality requirements.
There are many ways to obtain the green card for studying in Australia, such as 189 ordinary skilled immigrants, 187 employer-sponsored immigrants, 190 Australian sponsored immigrants and spouse immigrants, but the most suitable group for international students is mainly skilled immigrants, that is, 189 ordinary skilled immigrants. Australia 189 Skilled Immigrant Visa, commonly known as General Skilled Immigrant, does not need national guarantee or relative guarantee. The following are the conditions for skilled immigrants studying in Australia-
1. Pass the occupation assessment: the applicant should select a occupation suitable for his/her skills and educational background from the Australian Occupational Technology List (SOL) as the nominated occupation, and then submit an application for skill assessment to the relevant assessment agency; After passing the vocational assessment, submit the EOI application.
2. Need to get an EOI invitation letter: The Australian Immigration Bureau will send out two rounds of invitations every month. The higher the EOI score, the greater the chance of being invited. At present, the lowest score of EOI is 65, but with the contraction of Australia's immigration policy, reaching 65 may not be invited. EOI scoring items include age, English level, work experience, educational background, NAAT certification, PY occupation year, extra points in remote areas, extra points guaranteed by the state government, extra points for spouses, etc.
Australian students are usually between the ages of 25 and 32, and have completed two years of study in Australia to obtain a bachelor's degree or above, so that they can get at least 50 basic points. Other scores are IELTS, NAAT certification, PY professional year, extra points for remote areas, extra points for state government guarantees, extra points for spouses, extra points for overseas or Australian work experience, etc. It is suggested that students should not get together with extremely popular majors, but should prepare more as soon as possible and strive to get an invitation letter and an Australian green card as soon as possible.
