(2) Preliminary screening
The office of the leading group for the introduction of high-level talents feeds back the basic information of the applicant to the employer. Principles for determining the intended candidates: ① Full-time doctoral students are preferred, followed by full-time master students. ② Choose talents from Tsinghua and Peking University, talents from first-class universities and talents from first-class disciplines (foreign universities can refer to the ranking of domestic universities in the comprehensive ranking of QS world universities). (3) Select the person whose major is consistent with the job requirements or whose research direction is the closest. (3) Comprehensive evaluation

The Talent Office of the Municipal Party Committee, the Editorial Office of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau adopt the method of joint examination and approval to introduce the identified candidates for employment, and the employer signs employment contracts with the imported talents. The probation system shall be implemented for the imported personnel according to the regulations, and the probation period shall be included in the employment contract period, and the probation period shall be 12 months.
