I am a steel worker and want to work abroad. Which country is better?

Don't go to West Asia and North Africa. There is unrest there, but southern Africa is ok. The overall economy of the country is backward and the infrastructure construction is not perfect. There are many aid projects in China. If you have a good chance, you'd better go to Australia, Canada and some countries in Latin America. These countries are small in population and labor force. They can earn a lot of money as long as they are willing to work. You can emigrate when you're done.
