Shenzhen is an immigrant city, and most residents come from all over the country. On the contrary, there are not many Cantonese dishes, and Cantonese is rarely heard.

Compared with Shenzhen, Guangzhou is a city with a long history. So you can see more old houses and more old people and children in the community. You will hear more Cantonese and taste all kinds of Cantonese snacks. Even in Guangzhou, there are restaurants with various cuisines, but the most convenient thing is to eat Cantonese food. Guangzhou doesn't seem to convey such a clear positioning to people. At least I left Guangzhou and went to Shenzhen, and then I thought about what Guangzhou is. Later, it was gradually discovered that Guangzhou's automobile industry developed well. In addition, various international exhibitions represented by the Canton Fair are also the characteristics of the foreign trade industry.

I think Guangzhou and Shenzhen are both very tolerant cities. This kind of tolerance may be different, but it is all inclusive.

Guangzhou's tolerance is reflected in the fact that although it is a city dominated by Cantonese, the living space and conditions for foreigners are still quite good. In Guangzhou, you can have a lot of consumption space. No matter how much money you have, you can enjoy food, clothing, housing and transportation in a big way, which is much better than other big cities. At least, eating is certain.

Shenzhen's tolerance is reflected in the fact that because there is no dominant crowd, it feels that everyone is a local and a master. You can also speak your best language, eat your favorite things, and everything is natural.
