How many people are there in Beijing?

Ms Shen Qing, deputy director of the Population and Employment Department of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Statistics, made a summary report on the fifth population census in Beijing at the seminar on population data analysis held by Beijing Population Society last September. According to the report, the population of Beijing has reached13.82 million, including 3.039 million floating population.
