Which country does the Golden Triangle belong to?
The "Golden Triangle" covers roughly Shan and Kachin States in northern Myanmar, Chiang Rai Province in Thailand, Langnanta, phongsaly province and Udomsai Provinces in northern Chiang Mai, and Luang Prabang Province in the west, with a total of more than 3,000 villages and towns.
The average elevation in this area is 1500-3000m, with fertile land and warm and humid climate. Long-term sunshine in the subtropical region makes it have enough sunshine to promote the growth of various plants, and the change of monsoon belt in Southeast Asia makes it dry and wet alternately.
According to the local development plan, the Golden Triangle Special Economic Zone will become a big city with 200,000 people in the future, and high-end entertainment facilities such as casinos, luxury hotels, golf courses and karaoke bars will become important profit growth points in this area.
